Raekwon "Ray" Davis, better know as Coach Ray is a Hopewell, Virginia native and retired US Army Veteran. As a pillar in the community, Coach Ray is known for his service and mentorship of young men and women. Coach Ray attended Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC where he apprenticed under his mentor, the legendary Coach Stephen Joyner.

Coach Ray is currently the top recruiter in the state of North Carolina and is Director of Recruiting for US Elite Basketball. He is recognized nationally as a rising star in the grassroots basketball business. As the founder of the AAU organization Team Supreme and founder of the HoopState All American Game, Coach Ray will position US Elite Basketball as the premier grassroots basketball property in the Southeast Region.
