Grassroots
The US Elite Basketball Grassroots Department continues to build the infrastructure of our platform through youth basketball. We work diligently to foster solid relationships from mom and pop organizations to the shoe circuit teams. We firmly believe that the lack of exposure a determining factor whether hundreds of youth earn scholarships annually.
Our staff actively engages youth, coaches and organizations of all levels to find ‘hidden talent’ all over the country. We have designed platforms such as our Player Development trainings, Open Gyms , clinics and showcases to allow our grassroots team the opportunities to discover aforementioned ‘hidden talent’ and to place them in positions to be recruited to the next level.

US Elite Basketball Scouting director Jeff Hines has more than 30 years of experience in advanced scouting at the high school and collegiate (NCAA) levels. He leads a team that works diligently to uncover the next cadre of 5-star student-athletes.
Our elite scouting service provides an in-depth S.W.O.T. analysis of each athlete. We ensure that we evaluate not only present outcomes, but progress and potential as they are often more relatable to scholarships than scoring prowess.
The US Elite Scouting Division will provide an Individual Basketball Plan (IBP) that will critically detail and prioritize areas in an athlete’s game that require improvement. We offer a summarized evaluation of each athlete as well as video services to capture individual players or teams in live action.
