Recruiting Division
The US Elite Basketball Recruiting Division has compiled a database of over 500 NCAA Division I,II,III, NAIA and JUCOs across the United States. Our Recruiting Department has designed a more efficient and capable tool to promote our elite and often under-recruited student-athletes to the university of their choice.
Our national recruiting representative will contact interested athletes/families with more detailed information how US Elite Basketball will enhance their recruitment and introduce them to hundreds of coaches.
With the NCAA Board of Governors unanimously voting in favor of allowing student-athletes to profit from their names, images and likenesses (NIL), US Elite Basketball is expanding our player/student-athlete promotions to include extensive promotional and marketing for elite student-athletes who are interested in personal branding and being an influencer in the Generation Z marketplace.

Scouting Division
US Elite Basketball Scouting director Jeff Hines has more than 33 years of experience in advanced scouting at the high school and collegiate (NCAA) levels. He leads a team that works diligently to uncover the next cadre of 5-star student-athletes.
Our elite scouting service provides an in-depth S.W.O.T. analysis of each athlete. We ensure that we evaluate not only present outcomes, but progress and potential as they are often more relatable to scholarships than scoring prowess.
The US Elite Scouting Division will provide an Individual Basketball Plan (IBP) that will critically detail and prioritize areas in an athlete’s game that require improvement. We offer a summarized evaluation of each athlete as well as video services to capture individual players or teams in live action.
